#1. Usher - Climax

The Top of top of 2012 amounts to the Diplo production Climax from Mr. Raymond aka Usher. Released on February 22, the track served as lead single of Usher's 7th album Looking For Myself. The song reached #1 on the billboard HOT Hip-Hop/R&B songs during several weeks, on the BMFRadio HOT 40, it stayed #1 during 5 weeks!

#2. Maroon 5 - Payphone (Feat. Wiz Khalifa)

The 2nd jam of this year, BMF Top 100, is the Maroon 5's single "Payphone". The pop ballad which features rapper Wiz Khalifa marked the return of the group with a new album Overexposed. It released on April 17th, 2012 and quickly became a HIT in US and worldwide radios. It topped the charts in several countries including the US Billboard HOT 100. It also reached #1 on the BMFRadio HOT 40 during 4 weeks!

#3. Drake - The Motto (Feat. Lil Wayne)

In 3rd position of this Top 100 Jamz of the year, it's undoubtedly one of the best rap jamz of 2012, the collaboration between Drake & Lil Wayne "The Motto". The Track released on November 29th as 3rd single of Drake's 2nd album Take Care. It peaked the #1 position on the billboard Hip-Hop/R&B songs and reached the #14 on the billboard HOT 100. On The BMFRadio HOT 40, the song ranked #1 during 4 weeks!
